Leave Accruing on Casual employee RAH

How do I remove annual leave and personal leave from payslips for a casual employee. Nothing is ticked in the leave details section but the leave is showing on his payslip.

    The payslip is the least of your problem, you’ll have to go through his details and delete any leave accruals

    mmmm, yes I've done that. why does it accrue on casual employees?
    I've deleted the current pay run after going back through the last payslip and removing it all, but now I have a pay sitting in the online banking centre, how do I remove that?

    Ho Jo-Anne.  There should not be anything accruing if there are no details included in the leave tabs for the employee.  If you have deleted everything there, nothing should now be accruing.  You could do a dummy run for this employee, without fully completing the pay and this should show whether or not any leave is still accruing.

    Just to confirm further ….

     

    • Make sure the “Hours available as of …” is 0.00

    AND

    • The “Hours accrued per …” (as highlighted below) is also blank or 0.00

     



    TIP: The “Hours available as of …” date is usually the last pay period ending date so the next Pay (after this date) should then reflect the zero balance(s)
