Accounts hosted Our company pays fortnightly and in advance. Payroll is paid on a Wednesday, but covers the following Friday (2 days ahead). I processed pays and a staff member decided they did not need to take the leave that they had booked for the Friday. How do I reverse this? Thank you in advance. :)?

    Amend the pay and see the Leave loading as an overpayment and then take it back next pay

    Otherwise why not make the adjustment in the next pay run ??
