License Renewal - how come we can't get an invoice

Why on earth is it that our accounting program people cant send us an invoice from their program to renew our licence instead of an email - do you not like your own system - seems odd to me. Is that not what the program is- accounting

Replied to email for a invoice, got a quote - without even a quote number

I agree. Reckon bill us monthly on a direct debit to a credit card and every credit card statement I have to flaming ring them to get a copy invoice.  I wouldn't mind if i could log on and print one but can't even do that.  That is not available for people paying monthly.

It is painful.

Are you receiving an invoice after the payment has processed to the address registered on your Members account?

You can check the currently registered address via the Members Area under the My Account section.

Hi folks,

Appreciate the feedback on this,

Currently we send through renewal notices via email, depending on your product and subscription there is an option to print an invoice at the payment screen. Regardless however, invoices are sent through automatically after payment has been completed.

There are some longer term changes planned that will help to streamline this process including improving accessibility.

Hi Rav,
That's not correct when it is a monthly subscription to Hosted and paid by direct debit to credit card.  If it was I would be very happy.

Invoices should be sent before payment is made, according to ATO GST rules.
I don't like the way the invoice is simply 3 lines in the middle of an email, not very professional for a an accounting program/company.
I would like to be able to download the invoice before we make payment or at least have it as an attachment to the email, same as we send out from Reckon Accounts.
Why doesn't Reckon use it's own accounting program??????

Receiving/entering a Reckon invoice/transaction automatically would be a great feature. 

At least one of Reckon's competitors also sends their invoices via email, which effectively downgrades their most basic plan from 5 invoices per month to 4 invoices per month!
