I have Quicken 2011 and am very happy with it usually; however, I can’t use it as it won’t open the data file. I get the window ‘Welcome to Quicken’ and I follow through the stage of ‘I am already a Quicken user.’ I cannot even open my last file saved or to open the backup on an external drive.
I received an email back from Reckon suggesting various things. I have followed the instructions and now can't even open the programme.
