Lodged Before Registering our Software

I submitted STP before registering my software. I have an error message. Do I just upload the file again?

Hi Kerrie,
I encountered the same problem just yesterday. I ended up ringing the ATO and spent over 50 minutes when I finally got through. They registered the software ID and then I was able to upload the file. If you have more than one entity ie. different ABN's they will have different IDs so have to be registered under each individually.
