Lodging Payment summary annual report

I have Reckon Hosted and want to lodge the Annual Payment Summary Report online if possible. I go: Employees - Process Payment summaries - ATO via GovConnect (SBR) - I then select all the employees for 15/16 year and click Lodge. An error box comes up : ' The given key was not present in the dictionary. Upload file()used 1331.2235ms "   Can someone help?

    Have you registered your SoftwareID with your AusKey?  See our video or written guides on the new authentication process for uploads from cloud based accounting software.

    I have now registered the software. However the next step I am stuck on is deleting the Auskey off the Qdrive . I can't see an ''Upload'' file  in the MyQ Drive files therefore can't find the keystorie.xml file - can anyone help? this is urgent
