Lodging STP file in portal and Gross and PAYG totals reporting as $0.00

I have just set up STP for my Reckon Accounts Hosted and Lodging the STP  file in portal and the Gross and PAYG totals are reporting as $0.00 all other individual info correct.
Please help.

    I just lodged "finalise year" STP for 2019 year in Reckon Gov Connect.  ATO Status = Success.  However as Jaime said Total Gross & Total PAYG is zero.  The Employee Count Total has the correct number. Any reason for the zero amounts?  Thanks.

    I tried to upload my finalized year 2109 in reckon hosted 2019 R2 and its not accepted as "no Totals" how can I fix that please?
