Log Out due to Inactivity

I was in the new Reckon Accounts Hosted and working on entering staff times. I have an issue with the tab going the wrong way which is frustrating. All of a sudden I get a screen that says "Log Out due to Inactivity".

How was I logged out when I was working in Reckon Accounts at the time?? This is a huge issue ...

This needs to be fixed. Same problem here. stopped working in Reckon for about 5 minutes.... next minute a customer called me and I needed to access the price list and I was completely logged out. To log still takes ages... too long to tell a customer on the phone hang on wait five minutes until I can log in to fetch the relative information about your account! 

This new major upgrade should have been fully Beta tested before going live to operating businesses.

This is happening on my end but when it logs me out it won't let me log back in - I get the message that I'm using the company file.  Well I'm not because Reckon logged me out!

I am not getting a log out as yet but the system just stops me from entering data in the middle of transactions. This really makes Payroll a real challenge.

Will we ever get back to a stable platform??

Happens to me all day and it's very frustrating ** How can we fix this ? I get a few phone calls and I'm logged out. Sometimes I go straight back in and overtimes I have to log out of remote sessions. PAINFUL
