JUST WHEN I THOUGHT ALL WAS GOOD JUST BEEN LOGGED OUT DUE TO INACTIVITY 3 TIMES IN TEN MINUTES WHILE I WAS LOGGING INVOICES ?? AHHHHHHH!!

Hi Steve and Judith,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem, a problem just a few people are reporting.

We're investigating with our development team.

The standard steps you can take at your end is check your internet speed from the Hosted Dashboard that it is above 2.0Mbps and that a ping test (see: http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=5014 ) does not show any interruptions .  

Also what browser are you using and what type of security software are you using, as these may affect the connection.

I have to say that Reckon seems to be blaming the victim here. It shouldn't matter what browser/security software/version or whatever you are using. This problem is not of our making, it is solely Reckon's issue and they should admit it and get on with finding the solution to an upgrade that should never have been released. The number of users on these boards who are talking about class actions should give Reckon some idea about how seriously the users are taking these problems.

Totally agree With Fran it also appears that according to Reckon my computer speed is only average however on three other programs it is excellent ,surely that is a server problem not a computer problem and besides this was not happening last week !!

Oh and I forgot John check these pages it is not just a few people experiencing this problem it is a LOT of people once again your answer comes across as you treating us your customers with contempt !!
