Hi, I am getting User already logged in error but have cleared all remote sessions and logged in multiple times still having same problem. Help please! Tech support 11:49 minutes on hold with expected wait time of 30min...

Anabela.  The quickest way at this stage to potentially resolve this problem is to re-start your computer and that should potentially fix the problem.  The other thing to consider is whether or not an external user, e.g. your Auditor or Accountant, is logged in.  I had this happen once in the past.

Hi Anabela,

Can you please restart your PC and try this again please?

I know you've killed off the remote sessions but do any of them reappear in the control panel?

Hi John, thanks.  It was the accountant logged in but not closing the sessions off correctly on my shared file.Was fine yesterday as Reckon support cleared here session but see its happening again... painful.

Anabela.  The way to overcome this is to get the Accountant to switch to multi-user mode and then you can both use it at the same time.
