Good morning, is there a reason why we can not login to Reckon Hosted this morning? I have been trying since 6.30am

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Please help me with the error you are getting at the time of login as currently we don't have any issues logging in.

Hi Umesh

We can only go as far as to the "Login to Reckon Accounts Hosted" login in page.  Click on Login and there is no response from there.  Just tried again, all that happens is a fraction of a second search and then nothing.  We login in on Friday as normal.

Which browser are you currently using when you encounter the login problem?

I have changed my browser to Chrome and have now logged in.  Thank you for your help.
