Login keeps saying expired

trying to log as per usual and it is saying account is expired - i am certain this cant be possible. can anybody help please?

Oh - just so everyone is clear on this, checked our renewal invoice since I posted above and yes, this was paid 18th May so its not like we owe money...?? Very annoying on a weekend when there is no 24 hour line to call and sort out.0
