Login on Samsung S9+

I would like you use this on the roadI am trying to logon wia Mobile Phone (Samsung 9) but keep getting incorrect login even though correct.

    Hi Chris,
    Which browser app are you using? 
    Check the basics first eg. caps lock, number pad etc.

    Perhaps try using a different browser app like Google Chrome and check if there's any change.
