Logo not printing on invoices

Hi,
My client has Premier Version 2015.

Win 7 Pro PC acting as Server
2 x PC's running Win 8.1 accessing file on server
All PC's run Reckon locally
They have a Network Printer
The server has no problem printing

The 2 PC's see the logo in the print preview but not when they print. They lost this ability at separate times.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tim,

Are your printing preferences for the form named "Tax Invoices" set to print on 'Blank paper' or 'Reckon Pre-printed forms'?

Click on the File menu and select Printer setup

You stated that your client is using "Premier Version 2015"

However you've selected two different products that your question relates to.

Product Ranges: Accounts Business Range
Product Ranges: Payroll Premier

Note that Payroll Premier does not generate invoices.
