I have had to make an adjustment all OK. I have though checked everyone's pay summaries and they are between $5k+_$2k+. I have added all separate entries and your summaries do not match.

If the adjustment submitted successfully, the ATO should now have the correct amounts for all your employees.

In theory, the "STP App Pay Summary" for each employee should have reduced by the amount you put in the adjustment.  The important thing is that the ATO has the correct amounts for each of your employees, even if the Pay Summary is wrong.

Check with the ATO through your business portal or phone them to clarify that they received the adjustment.  The ATO may just have a note that they received "an adjustment" without a record of the amount of the adjustment. If you entered the amounts correctly you have to assume the adjustment the ATO has recorded is the correct amount. Just make sure the ATO received "an adjustment".

The only way to be sure that the payruns and adjustments are definitely correct  is to get the employee to check their "Mygov" record and compare their amounts with your wages records.

It has adjusted YTD but numbers do not add up to your YTD

I don't think the "STP app" YTD amounts are important. They include any payruns that did not submit correctly, so they are not exactly the same as the amouns the ATO actually received.

But, it is important that you check with the ATO to make sure the ATO has recorded the correct amounts, so that the correct amounts flow through to your employee Mygov account.

Check the ATO amounts through your business portal, or phone the ATO.  Or ask your employees to  check the amounts in their Mygov accounts.
