Major Planned Systems Outage - Saturday 9 January

Hi everyone

Please be advised that we will be undertaking planned maintenance on a number of systems this Saturday evening.

This work will result in a small window of time where access is unavailable to a number of services including:
  • Reckon One access
  • Bank Data services
  • Reckon Personal Share Price Download
  • Access to the website
  • e-store and Knowledgebase.
  • Access to the Reckon Partner website
  • Desktop product activation
  • Reckon Accounts Hosted Control Panel & new user sign up
  • Accountants Group Docs services and client software downloads.

Maintenance will be carried out between:

  • 8:30PM (AEDT) and 1AM (AEDT) on Saturday 9 January 2016
  • 10:30PM (NZDT) and 3AM (NZDT) on Saturday 9 January 2016

We recommend that you log out of Reckon One prior to the maintenance period occurring. Any users logged in at the start of the maintenance period, will be logged out automatically.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
