What happened to the major update to Reckon Accounts Hosted in January 2018?  All was going well and then we had to revert back to the previous version as there were problems with some users.

An indication of when we can log back on to the new environment would be helpful.

Hi Sallie S,
We're not putting any timeframes on it at this stage however its something that the Hosted team are actively working on.
The new server environment is being tested and then the team will move on to resolving some of the issues that became apparent after release a couple of months ago.

There's still a fair bit of work to go on this and we're going to make sure we get it right so to be transparent, re-release is a little way off yet and won't be in the short term. 

I'll have more info and details on this as we get closer to release and I'll share that here on the Reckon Community.
