Making a Deposit/Part Payment on a Bill.

I have a bill $3,316.50, I have to make a deposit of $1,658.25 against it. How do I do this? I want the correct balance to show on this bill. thanks

    Hello Rebecca

    When you are in pay bills. Tick the bill, then in the last column over type in the amount to the amount that you are actually paying. This will then leave the rest of the bill to be paid later.
