Manage Templates Not Responding

Since yesterday afternoon I have had the attached pop up on my screen. I thought I'd leave it over night and log in again and try it, but it's still happening. Have also tried it on another computer with explorer and still having the same problem. Any way of fixing this or working around it? TIA

Hi Jenni,
Can you please exit the file by going File > Exit and then access the Hosted Control Panel and log off the active session(s) and logout in full. Give it a couple of minutes before logging back in.

Does the same thing occur after this?

Hi Rav,

I have already done this, however I did try it again as per your instructions, but still has not worked. I have a very urgent invoice to send out. It was supposed to be sent yesterday afternoon. I really do need a way to either fix it or work around it.

Can you check if there are any dialog boxes or prompts awaiting your acknowledgement that have become hidden in the background. To bring it to the foreground please press Alt + Page Down (not the arrow pointing down) OR Alt + Page Up.

Hi Rav,

There is nothing there, I did both the alt+page down and page up and nothing appeared. I've had to do the invoice in Excel for the time being. It's frustrating when you pay money for a service, but cannot use it as it was designed.
