Memorised sales receipt not working!

Using accounts hosted. In my memorised transactions, a sales receipt that I have saved as a daily transaction isn't working! It was previously, not sure if the weekend upgrade has affected this. I've tried to delete it and re-memorise it too. When I click on "Enter Transaction" nothing happens!

    It may have become corrupted Preece.

    Have you tried Verifying your Company File? :

    File > Utilities > Verify Data  (& - if prompted - run the "Rebuild" too) 
    It's recommended to run the "Rebuild" 3 times for optimal results.
     
    It's a good idea to regularly "Verify" your File to ensure your data is clean & that backups are re- salvageable if necessary.

    Failing that, you may need to re-create the transaction from scratch & re-memorise it again.

    Thanks for your reply. I did previously try this and still not working. Looks like a call to tech support in Mumbai.
