Memorised Transactions Error

When trying to click on the memorised transaction button in Reckon Hosted I get the following error message;

I have tried both chrome and firefox and both are experiencing this problem

    Hi Sarah,
    It looks like there's a corrupt element in your data file that needs some attention.
    In the first instance I'd recommend re-sorting your lists, then performing a Verify & Rebuild and follow up on any errors presented.

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for your reply. In order to do this I am required to switch to single user mode. However whenever I try to do this I get the same error message and Reckon shuts down.

    I have tried re-opening the file without selecting the 'open file in multi user mode' option but it still opens in multi user mode. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hi Sarah

    when you login to the hosted instead of launch chose control panel,> manage users and log out any sessions manually.  Then try to switch to single user.
