Memorised Transactions Error

When trying to click on the memorised transaction button in Reckon Hosted I get the following error message;

Hi Sarah,
It looks like there's a corrupt element in your data file that needs some attention.
In the first instance I'd recommend re-sorting your lists, then performing a Verify & Rebuild and follow up on any errors presented.

Hi Rav,
Thanks for your reply. In order to do this I am required to switch to single user mode. However whenever I try to do this I get the same error message and Reckon shuts down.
I have tried re-opening the file without selecting the 'open file in multi user mode' option but it still opens in multi user mode. Any suggestions? Thanks0 -

when you login to the hosted instead of launch chose control panel,> manage users and log out any sessions manually. Then try to switch to single user.0 -
