Memorised Transactions not working after update

" After updating, when starting, I get the error message: "None of the memorised transactions have been recorded".
Any one have any ideas?
I don't want to delete them all, and have to reinstate them. Too many.

    We have not had any reports from other users of this problem after the upgrade to 2017.  Please call Technical Support who'll work with you to resolve this issue.

    Hi Matt, did you fix this issue? I have had the same since december. Upon opening it prompts if I want memorised transactions entered, I say yes, it tells me none have been entered.
    How can I rectify this?
