MFA on new phone

Hi I have an issue. I have MFA on my phone via the Authenticator App. I have bought a new phone and now the app is asking me to set up authenticator again. I can’t revoke MFA as I can’t get a code via MFA. I can’t do PIN recovery as I can’t get a MFA Code. What do I do?

    Hi RS,
    If you still have access to the old phone & authenticator, you can revoke the existing MFA for the account using that. Alternatively, did you record the Recovery PIN for your account when it was prompted during setup? If you have it, you can use it to revoke the existing MFA as well.

    I want to swap MFA Authenticator between devices, what do I do?


    If you have don't have access to either of these, please get in touch with our technical support team and we'll look at removing the existing MFA for you after a security check.
