MFA/STP Issue

MFA/STP Issue - Reckon Accounts Premier 2019

Hi, Despite having MFA enabled, today I was able to lodge a payroll event without being asked to provide any authentication.  This has never happened before; how do I fix it??

    The code only needs to be entered once a month (I think?), it changed from entering it every single session months ago.

    Yep that’s correct, it can be a little erratic though

    Hi Leigh,
    What has been advised above by Eric is correct. The requirement to enter your Multi-Factor Authentication code is required once every 30 days.
