Migration from mobile STP to STP payroll

I want to migrate all my data from the mobile STP to your new STP payroll.
I am not able to go on to migrate my data to the new Payroll app.
I don't get to choose next.
My next screen after the migration page is my ABN and branch no.
Choices for me are only set up a new business or login with another account
Please help.

Hi Lee,
Have you logged in to the Payroll app with the same account credentials as the STP app?

When you say you can't choose 'Next', are you able to post a screenshot of that message here please.

Hi, yes I tried also this morning got to the same stage and then pressed log in with another account thinking it may be from registered old software. and now every time I try logging in the green tick comes up like it’s meant to and then makes me log in again and this keeps happening over and over again.

Yes, I've logged into the Payroll app, received the code over my mobile. Then I got the the migration screen. When I press Yes to migrate, my next screen is my ABN and branch, not next.

Hi Lee, I have just heard back from reckon support. It seems the I had registered with reckon gov connect. I think it was part of the STP app setup. As I understand it is not needed by me and they have now deleted that for me which has allowed me to go on to the next stage. I called 1300 756 663. They were very helpful
