Send us the Reckon Payroll Premier data file or backup file for analysis
1) Locate your Reckon Payroll Premier desktop data file (*.QPW) or a backup file (*.QPB)
The data files are usually in folder such as C:\Program Files\QPROLLVXX\Data
Where XX = a number representing the version.

2) Provide the backup file to us by following the steps in link below
In the Short note to the Recipients, field add the text
Custom Conversion Request (QPW / QPB)
Company Name: _______________________
Contact Name: _________________________
Data File Password: _____________________
Let us know your specific requirements such as the starting/ending periods for the transactions you want to be migrated.
This will let us know that the file being submitted is assigned to your case and allow the conversion team to perform the analysis.
If you do not provide this information, it will result in delays processing your case.
