Migration of Accounts Premier 2019 to 2018 Hosted (rollback?)

I tried to upload my QBB file to Hosted (2018R2) from Accounts Premier (2019) but got a 'file is a newer version' error


So I think Im looking for advice to rollback? so I can migrate to Hosted 2018 R2 from Accounts Premier 2019.

Ive had a search but couldn't see much related, sorry if it has been covered already

Any help would be appreciated.

How long ago did you upgrade the data file to the newer Reckon Accounts 2019 version?
How much information you have added to the data file since that time?
Have you considered restoring your last 2018 backup that was created at the time you upgraded to the 2019 version? That file would readily be useable in the Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 platform.

Hi and thanks for the reply. Being a heavy inventory based business that would be very a tedious task.

Gerry above has offered a solution to wait until the end of June Hosted 2019 update is public and to continue using Premier until then.

I have just paid for the hosted ver so will need to access my files on Premier until the update is available.

Consider checking with the Customer Service team if there is a way to 'pause' your Hosted subscription, given that you would not upgrade the data file to the Hosted platform until the Hosted 2019 is released.
