Missing Reports > Single Touch Payroll > Process STP reports in Payroll Premier

Have processed pay run today and upgraded Payroll Premier, however under Reports, missing Single Touch Payroll.  It is showing under employees and have turned on in background under preferences. Help, have been on hold with Reckon support for nearly 2 hours and then it hung up so on hold again now for another 30 minutes....where is all the help!

Absolutely agree! Have been on hold now for 57 minutes! I have employees not appearing in the STP report when they are set up just like all the 70 others and now employees under 18 who have worked over 30 hours are moving the SGC to RESC. Not winning Payroll Premier!

I have the same problem the last 15 of 60 employees are not on the stp report. I ran the help line and it waffled on about the one hour delay - no option for a call back.

Did this problem get rectified, if so how? I'm having the same issue and have been told there is over a two hour wait for tech support

I have done two pays runs, one has first 50 out of 70 employees, week 2 has a different twenty. I spoke to tech support who couldn't resolve.

Hi Donna,
Can I clarify something, you've mentioned you updated Payroll Premier and turned on Single Touch Payroll in your preference settings however with Payroll Premier, Single Touch Payroll is just on ie. there is no ability to turn it on or off. 
Which Reckon product are you using?

I'm not too much of an expert in this area however INB and Working Holiday Makers must be reported. Are the missing employees all within this category?
