missing sort button

Hello All,

We are new to Reckon online. One of our users has a sorting button under lists that another user does not. We have made sure to compare the accounts and have elevated the other user to the same role as the one who does have the option however we cannot work out how to enable the button.

Please see attached the button in question we are missing.

    Not sure if this will help, but try clicking on the "Name" column header on the users screen that doesn't have the sort button and see if that brings it up

    Larissa is right - if you dont see the diamond then the list is in its original order - as soon as you rearrange it - the diamond appears so you can reset it back to its original order with one click.  :)
