Missing values in report

I have printed a Payroll Transactions by Payee report.  I ticked 'Hours worked' for the column but the report showed zeros.  Can someone help, please?

    Hi Linda, 

    I believe that its something to do with the information being generated by that report (summary by payee rather than actual payroll data).  Sometimes I find transaction detail fields doesn't come through on certain reports. 

    What information are you looking to generate exactly?  Perhaps a Payroll Transaction Detail (with hours worked) might give you what you need?

    Hi Shannon,

    Thanks for that... I have now tried the Payroll Transaction Detail report.  This gives me all the info I require for my report but I want a single line report for each week - my employee sometimes works on multiple jobs and, instead of the total hours worked for the week, the report splits the hours over the multiple jobs giving me multiple lines per week...
