modify reports to show Debits and Credits always

I would like to know how to modify report settings so that all my reports show me debits and credits all the time.  I should have to use the filter to do this every time.

    Hi Lucy,

    Have you thought of memorizing your reports or adding it to the icon bar?

    To add to your Icon bar....
    open the report you require modify it to the way you like... then click on View<add (your report) to Icon Bar

    To Memorize...

    open the report you require and modify it to the way you like.... then click 'memorize' (its at the top of the report beside modify)

    Hi Lucy

    This is the default in Reckon Accounts Premier Accountant Edition, Reckon Accounts Enterprise and Reckon Accounts Hosted.

    If you don't have one of these editions, then Angie's suggestion is your best option.

    I would be a great preference option though!
