Moving Existing Job Information

Hello experts, I hope you can help me out. We are on Reckon Accounts Hosted 2019.
I want to add a job to a customer but I get this pop-up:



What does this pop-up mean? How do I fix it? There are no existing jobs under this customer.

I mistakenly said yes to this on another customer and now every job is both under the customer AND under Job 1.

    Doh, I just fixed it.
    The customer did not have any jobs but the job status was selected as pending. Changed it to none and voila. I hope this helps someone else.
