Re STP. errors:
Why are we not able to access any help either from the ATO or Reckon?????
Reckon Help Line: On hold with not idea if you are advancing in the queue.
No call back from ATO
No error code listed.
No time to learn and /or correct these issues prior to deadline.
Reckon would have known STP was going to cause problems and should have had systems in place to help us their customers.
