Hi Ann,

Can you give us a bit more info on what's happening here and which product it relates to? (I notice you've tagged two separate products in the thread; Payroll Premier & APS TAX).

Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what are they?
What process/action are you undertaking when you run into issues?

I have quickbooks premier edition. And the business saver ends on the 20/07/2017 and the mastercard ends on the 29/07/2017.
