We are just organising our STP for this financial year.  Trying to get it running for to-morrows pays and also lodge the other pays in July. 
 Do we still phone the ATO and register.  I have been using xero for another company and the STP process was so simple.  This seems quite complex in Reckon Hosted.

    I never had any problems with this step at least , I had AUSkeys for all but one and so that client had to phone.

    Thank you.  I have an Auskey however haven't used it for 12 months so need to check if ATO have cancelled it!!

    If you don’t use the auskey for a year it just disappears from your computer, or at least that what I believe is the case. Mine sometimes disappear due to computer glitches so I try to have copies on 2 PC's so I can easily get another one when that happens
