multi-factor authentication wont work when i put the code in

multi-factor authentication wont work when i put the code in . iwant to revoke it and start again but cant remember pin to allow me to do it . tried ringing support on and of for three days but they are always busy anyone have a solution?

    Without the pin it is tech support, which is why the message says keep it in a 'safe' place.

    thanks yes I realize that tech can help but they are that busy that I cant even get put on hold.it just keeps hanging up. I will just have to be patient
