Hello Reckon Team!

I just made a different user account  in a multi-user mode. But we couldn't work simultaneously. I am currently on a multi-user mode as well but everytime the new user logs in, it replaces me and stops my session. I'm not sure if there's anything I did wrong while creating this new user account.

Help please..

    Hi Toni

    Are you using different Reckon logins - not different logins for the client file but for logging into the actual software system?  I am referring to the white webpage and the heading says "Login to Reckon Accounts Hosted"

    As it sounds like you might be using the same Reckon login as when that happens the new person logging in will throw out the last person.

    You need to both be using different Reckon logins to be able to use the file at the same time (with the file in multi-user mode).  If you only have one account you need to apply for another account and pay the normal annual fee (or pay monthly).

    Just to add a little bit more to what Nicola has clearly expressed, two people can use the same login details, but not at the same time.  For both (or more) to work at the same time, in multi user mode, a separate licence is required for each user who wants to work simultaneously.
