MULTIPLE CUSTOMER CONTACTS

We have as many as 15 contacts per customer. It appears only two are catered for in Reckon. Is there a solution?

    Hi Alan.  I think that you have only probably got only one option within Reckon and that is to use the "Notes" section of each Customer Record - the space is probably virtually unlimited.

    Hi John. Thanks for the input. I thought the same. It is an awkward option. I heard that Reckon is developing CRM, so hopefully it will cater for multiple contacts per customer with their relative phone numbers and email addresses.
