Multiple income statements in Employees MyGov

Hoping someone can help me please, have rang the "help desk" the messages says that the queue is full and cannot take calls at the moment.
My problem is that some of my employees have two amounts from us one from the 1- 19th July 2018 and the other for the full year 01 July - 26th June current. Anybody else having this issue and how do we fix it??? ATO told me that Reckon are able to zero out the incorrect amounts?Thanks Sarah

Hi Sarah

As a 15-yr tax consultant, I can tell you the employer does need to correct this. If an employee's reported income does not match the Tax Agent (or employee's myGov) prefill, this will be flagged by the ATO in data matching & may hold up the return &/or lead to an audit.
