Hoping someone can help me please, have rang the "help desk" the messages says that the queue is full and cannot take calls at the moment.
My problem is that some of my employees have two amounts from us one from the 1- 19th July 2018 and the other for the full year 01 July - 26th June current.  Anybody else having this issue and how do we fix it???  ATO told me that Reckon are able to zero out the incorrect amounts?Thanks Sarah
