multiple workplaces in payroll lite

Just setting up Payroll lite (only Reckon module/app purchased for STP compliance). What is best way to configure for multiple locations i.e. want to track wages by location and can have same employees working at both locations. Could use different pay items (e.g. ordinary wages site 1, ordinary wages site 2 etc) but that is quick and dirty and there must be a better way. Any help greatly appreciated
