My account is expired. didn't realise the fee was due. How can I renew it online?

I've got this message saying 'your account is expired' in red.
I didn't know it was due until I saw this message.

I know I can pay it online but without you letting me in to that page I can't renew.

I think you should let us in until we can see 'control panel' so we can pay there.

This is so annoying and stupid.

HI.  One reason why you may not have got your renewal advice is if you have changed your registered email address.  Have you tried logging in to the members area:
            members.reckon.com.au

You are correct though.  The whole Reckon invoicing thing is out of the Ark.  I mean come on guys you are providing an internet based cloud accounting platform and things like being able to access historical invoices (or even an invoice for that matter) , change card details, renew online is just the basics.
