My email address for STP is incorrect. How do I fix this

I cant change my login email address in STP.  Could you please help me with this.

I'm having the same problem, and I've already contacted Reckon over the phone to change the email address. It's still coming up incorrectly.

full GovConnect. 
My problem is that Reckon has my old email listed. I log in with my current email, but when I view my company details, the old email still comes up. I am concerned this means I will miss important emails, as this has already occurred.

I've had a look and the issue here is you've made a small typo in your email address when you first registered on the app. Ordinarily we'd be able to change the email address but at the moment if we do that, its going to cause issues with you logging in to the app. This is something we're aware of and are working on.

In the interim, you can still login to the app with the 'incorrect' email address which is exactly the same as what you've listed except without the .au at the end.

Hi Merryl,
The email address change problem has now been solved.
To update your email address for the app, just follow the steps below.
Log out of the app > go to https://portal.reckon.com and sign in with CURRENT app login details > Click on Profile (top right corner) > Edit the email address in your profile to your CORRECT email address and save & verify it.

Once you've done that, sign back into the app with your new login details ie. your correct email address.
