my employees pay rates changed by them selves I dont know how? Can you help me please

I imported my payroll from Wageloch and suddenly my rates for my casuals is 1.25 higher. when I go into history it tells me that the change occured in October but this is the only pay that has been wrong.

    Hi Melanie,

    Please check in Wageloch from where you have imported the transactions if there has been any changes in the employee's Payroll information.

    It’s still the same as it should be in Wageloch. But all the rates in Reckon have gone up.

    Wageloch is a third party payroll software.
