My employee's Pay Summary has the incorrect figures even though my ATO business portal shows the correct amounts

On the STP App, the Gross Pay, Total Tax & Superannuation for my employee are incorrect.  If I go to the ATO Business portal the figures are correct. I have pay runs which came back with an error when I tried to submit them. The ATO has no record of them. Does Reckon STP add in these amounts even though they did not submit to the ATO?

I have the same problem. The Error transactions figures were added to my Pay summary in the STP app, although these Error trancastions not shown on ATO record. How can I adjust the Pay summary in the STP app?

I have the same problem. Have downloaded the new version, still includes incomplete pay runs (which do not appear on the ATO site). Have the additional problem of the FY 2019 totals being included as the 2020 opening balance. Can we get the option to adjust opening balances and delete or suppress invalid pay runs?

Rory the correct figures that have been lodged will need to be checked with your employees MyGov Income Statements.  Once you know what those figures are you need to do an adjustment to what the actual figures should be:

Double check the period that was last reported on the income statement

Hi Robyn, the ATO records are correct, the Reckon ones are not. If I adjust Reckon, the ATO records become incorrect. There is no way to journal this out.

That's the vital information Rory.  If the income statement is correct can you please try the 19/20 EOFY process on the App and double check the final figures when you do that for each employee and report back then.

Hi Robyn,
New user.
I tried that and the EOFY report shows double the values of the pay runs reported (in my case I only started using STP last month so only one pay run involved).
