My hosted file opened up but none of the icons or drop down menu will work. I have restarted the computer. Any ideas how I can go forward?

    Hi Marg,
    This sounds pretty strange, have you ended the active Hosted session as yet?
    If not, can you please head into the Hosted control panel and then click 'Log off Remote Sessions' and end any active sessions then logout.

    Try again in a couple of minutes after doing this and let me know if there's any change.
