My on line system has slowed down so much I can make a cup of tea between key strokes. Our internet speed is rocketing so it's not that.

Which cloud solution are you using? Reckon One or Reckon Accounts Hosted?

If its the latter, how large is your company file and do you perform regular maintenance on it?

If you're using Reckon One, can you let us know where specifically you're finding it slow down eg. creating invoices, bills, generating a specific report etc.
