Hi Kym,

Which Reckon product are you using and which password are you referring to? Login password, file password, other, etc?

What is the error you are receiving? Have you checked off the basics like ensuring the password is correct, caps lock is not switched on, num lock is on etc

Which Reckon product are you using?

If the password you're referring to is a login password, there will be a password reset option on the login page.
