My reckon accounts hosted edition 2019 is "not responding" -

I am trying to enter a journal and the screen is now gone light grey with the egg timer constantly turning.  I have tried aborting, restarting etc to no avail.  What should I do now?

    I had switched from Chrome to Firefox - just the same

    Just to clarify, when you say you've tried aborting, does that mean you've ended the active session? If not, can you please head into the Hosted control panel and log off the active session that is listed there then logout of the service.

    Log back in after a couple of minutes.
