my westpac to reckon one interface has stopped

it worked until 26 jan and stopped since

    Hi Pierre,

    Go to your new transactions tab and make sure the highlight in the upload source section is on 'Bank feed' in the top right corner. 

    Can you let me know if you can see your data after selecting this option?
